1.1 When do I receive my order?
Within 3 workdays after receipt of your payment.
You will always automatically receive an e-mail with tracking details when we ship your order.
1.2 What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on your location and order amount.
We do offer free shipping to certain destinations.

2 Payment
2.1 Something went wrong while paying what now?
If your payment has failed or you would like to pay through a different method then please log in to our webshop. At the home page you can log in to "My Account". If you do not have an account yet, you can create an account with the same email address which you used when ordering. In "My Account" you can find the unpaid invoices. Click "Pay Now"and follow the steps to pay the invoice.
2.2 I want to pay through bank transfer is that possible?
That is certainly possible, if you prefer to pay through bank transfer, click here for the bankdetails.
In the comments, state your order number in de form of ORD and the number, for example ORD12345

Unfortunately you can't contact us by phone, the best way to contact us is through our contactform or by email.
